What is included in the service?

1. Round-trip Flight from Newark Liberty International Airport to St. Maarten Princess Juliana International Airport on La Compagnie Airlines
2. Round-trip Inter-Island Transfer from St Maarten Airport to Saint Barth or Anguilla: choose between a boat ride or a short 15 min flight.
3. Round-trip Hotel/Villa Transfer
4. 7 night-stay at one of the participating 5-star hotels.

(Optional) In addition, we can organize and add transfers to and from Newark Liberty International Airport.

What are the dates where the service is available?

• We will be running this program on a weekly basis starting on December 3,2023 all the way through April 14, 2024.
• The flights are scheduled on Sundays, with departures from Newark at ~ 8am and return flight from St Maarten at ~ 2pm arriving Newark at around 6pm.

Which hotels are participating?

• We have partnered and are working with a selection of top luxury hotels on each island.  Examples include: Hotel Carl Gustaf, Hotel Le Toiny, Hôtel Villa Marie Saint-Barth, Cap Juluca Anguilla. Call for information on which hotels are available for your dates. Requests for hotels outside of our collection will be considered on a case by case basis.

Can I choose from any room category?

• All reservations are based on availability at the time of booking. Each request will be handled with the utmost care, offering all available options at the time. Any category can be booked based upon availability.

Can I choose to stay in a villa?

• Yes. If it is available, you will be able to book a villa at any of our partnering properties.

What are the Inter-Island transfer options?

• The core purpose of this offering is to make your journey to the hotel as stress-free as possible. With that in mind, we provide the option to choose between a short flight (10/15 minutes) or a boat-ride (25-45 min) between the islands, depending on your comfort level and preference. You will also be able to choose between private/semiprivate or shared transfers. *Please be aware that due to the limited resources and the popularity of these islands, we will do our best to get you your first choice, but we cannot guarantee it.

Do you offer travel insurance?

• Yes, we work with all the major travel insurance companies to arrange cancel/interruption policies.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

• The flights Newark – St Maarten are non-refundable.
• In terms of accommodations, the terms & conditions of the property selected will apply in full transparency.
• We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to protect your investment.

What if I want to visit more than one island?

• You can! This package is completely customizable with the exception of the flight from Newark to St Maarten. Otherwise, we can arrange a stay split between the islands and organize transfers accordingly.

What if I want to experience 2 different hotels?

• This is possible and can be arranged easily based upon availability.

What if I want to stay less or more than 7 nights?

• We can arrange flights using one way on our chartered flights and one way on a regular commercial airline. This way, you can benefit from the program without necessarily being bound to the 7 night stay.

Do you offer single occupancy rooms?

• Yes.

What is the maximum room capacity?

• This varies between hotels and room categories, but most hotels offer a variety of options to accommodate families with kids.

Do you offer extra activities?

• Yes. Call for more information.

Can you arrange car rentals?

• Yes. Call for more information.

Can I book just the flight with you and book the rest on my own?

• Each flight has a limited number of seats allocated to a “Flight Only” option.

Does the plane have real business class with lie-flat seats?

• Yes. La Compagnie operates an Airbus A321 Neo with exclusively business class. Each one of the 76 seats is a “full lie-flat” seat.

Will a meal be served during the flight?

• Yes.

What is the luggage allowance on the flight?

• 2 checked luggage of 32 lb. each and 1 carry on.

Do you allow pets on the plane?

• Yes, but there is a limit on the number of pets allowed on each flight.

Do you offer any VIP service at the airport?

• Yes.

If I have a loyalty account with the hotel, can I receive the benefits?

• Most likely yes, but this can be confirmed at time of booking.

Can I get any of the benefits associated with my credit card?

• This will be considered on a case by case basis.
